Adnams Copper House Winter Spiced Liqueur

Yet another interesting drink from Southwold's Adnams, building on their gin and vodka with a Spiced Liqueur. Starting from a bag of pimenta berries left over from a winter spiced ale distiller John McCarthy did some experiments using their barley vodka as a base, ending up with this warming spicy winter liqueur.
