Appearance: Clear, light golden with slight green tinge and lively persistent bubbles.
Aroma: Brioche, hay bales, crisp green apples and very faint rhubarb and pine sap.
Taste: Clean and well balanced with delicate creamy green apple fruit, zesty bite, good biscuit notes and a touch of yeast.
Aftertaste: Cleaning mineraly citrus. Great aperitif champagne.
