Appearance - Clear, ruby red.

Aroma - Cinnamon, clove and grilled almond with subdued cherry fruit.

Taste - Slightly sweet and delicately spicy with vanilla and morello cherry fruit, subtle cinnamon, clove and black pepper spice.

Aftertaste - Red fruit and stewed cherry with hot, peppery spice.
