Tasting Notes:
Billy
Nose: Fresh and briny with pineapple and a meaty savoury note.
Palate: Sweet up front and quite oily, with woody spice and cream in the middle fading to polished wood.
Finish: Liquorice root and anis, fruity wood and a gentle warmth.
 
Comment: A sweet but assertive Bunnahabhain with an elegantly woody backbone.
