Appearance: Translucent but with slight sediment in suspension.
Aroma: Strong green cardamom immediately apparent with juniper and gingery coriander close behind.
Taste: Robust palate where initial juniper hit is quickly chased by pleasing cardamom flavours with subtle candied ginger, lemon and sage, very faint floral notes.
Aftertaste: Spicy pine and eucalyptus finish with lingering cracked red pepper corns.
