This is excellent, with a smooth feel which reminds me of the body of a red wine, a fruity sweetness but balanced, then a delicate mix of wood and grape. The taste of grape reminds you of the quality of produce which you won't find in a VSOP. There is virtually no burn of alcohol, on the back of the Tongue it has the complex notes of a high quality gentle Speyside Scotch. Once you've done all your big brand VSOP's move up to this gem you won't be disappointed.
