Nose
Marmalade, packed with citrus fruit, warm stones, the beach at Aldeborough in Suffolk, spun sugar.

Palate
Lovely and spicy, Parkin cake, some toffee and nut notes mingle with cake mix.

Finish
Spicy and warming.

Comments
A very pleasant dram indeed.

Sweet, lemonade, a note of ozone and rock pools

Palate
Brittle toffee and walnuts, ginger and candied peel.

Finish
Medium in length, spices and a hint of aniseed as well.
