Producer's Tasting Notes

The New Cask Rye: golden brown, with cinnamon and delicate mint spice on the nose and a creamy balance of sweetness with spiced apple and rich berry fruitiness.

The Aged Cask Rye: light straw, with a nose of grassy rye grain with hints or citrus, vanilla and spice. The palate has a distinct soft fresh rye and malt grain flavour dusted with vanilla and sweet oak character, finishing fresh and clean.
