Tasting Notes:
Billy

Nose: Sweet with green herbs - tarragon? Some rhubarb and custard sweet and sourness, sweet and creamy butter, maybe a hint of liquorice.

Palate: Thick and very sweet to start - floral syrup. Develops buttery notes, some sour fruit, spice and a bit of astringent oak.

Finish: Sweet and floral with a hint of woody spice.
