Tasting Notes:
Billy

Nose: Very green - apple skins, green rhubarb, unripe plums. Supported by some fruity sweetness and a touch of linseed oil. More fruity sweetness develops as it sits in the glass.

Palate: Oily and sweet. Lots of sweet wood and woody spice, making it quite hot on the tongue. Some polished wood flavours as well as some cinnamon and light pear drop sweetness.

Finish: Spiced wood, green apple and some woody vanilla.
