Tasting Notes:
Producer's Notes
This is a blend of  16 single  malt whiskies, with an emphasis on  12 year  old Islay malt.   On nosing, there is an immediate sweet, malty note with gentle wisps of smoke.  After a few moments there is almost a hint of charred wood and peat smoke.  Peat and Smoke are in the foreground upon tasting, with an underlying citric sweetness.  The addition of water intensifies the sweet peat notes, with a sweet and subtle finish.
