Tasting Notes:
Producer's Notes

This is a blend of 16 malt whiskies with emphasis on the Speyside style.

Sweetness and a hint of spice; reminiscent of fresh honey, toffee apples and cinnamon sticks.

Tasting note by Billy A
Nose: Beeswax, honey syrup, sweet flower petals, window putty, creamed apple, tangerines, lemon and crushed malt.
Palate: Oily and sweet, light honey, underlying polished wood with some unfinished deal and light sap.
Finish: Light and woody, with cream and vanilla.
Comments: A fresh and honeyed whisky that lives up to its name. Less sweet on the palate than the nose suggests, but complimented by elegant woodiness.
