Appearance
Clear (but with some very small particles settling in the base of bottle), very pale salmon pink.
Aroma
Clean and spirity with fresh stewed rhubarb.
Taste
Slightly sweetened fresh rhubarb and tinned rhubarb but retaining a hint of rhubarb tartness and peppery spirit.
Aftertaste
Lingering bitter sweet rhubarb and black peppery spirit.
