After the roaring success of their Seville Orange vodka, here come Hereford's Williams Chase with the same formula aplied to their marvellous gin (made with organically grown apples, don't you know). An absolute joy, wonderful in G&T's and we'd wager this would make a pretty mean alternative Negroni too, perhaps with a splash of Aperol.
Nose: Dry to start, then packed with sweet, fruity notes like a luscious hot cross bun. There’s a distinctive hint of sweet seville peel, too.
Taste: This is a smooth gin, with a tiny hint of sweetness and only a little warmth builds towards the end. The prominent taste is of sweet seville orange peel, rather like marmalade. There’s also a long, dry finish. Quite excellent and most sippable.

A wonderful aromatic change to a straight gin. Delicate orange notes that blend perfectly with Fever Tree tonic. One I will buy again.

Excellent. Seems light to drink, with a subtle orange flavour. I tried it with good quality tonic and a slice of orange.
