Tasting notes by Billy A

Nose: Citrus and lightly piney juniper, some soft coriander seed, hint of black pepper and sweet spice

Palate: Quite oily and heavy, spicy juniper, sweet cinnamon/coriander spice, buttery, hint of chocolate (maya gold), cardboard

Finish: Lemon zest, sweet spice and light earthiness

Botanicals: Juniper Berries, Coriander,Angelica, Cassia, Liquorice, Bitter Orange Peel

Nose: Quite soft, with notes of juniper, coriander and orange.

Taste: Again, this is quite a soft and smooth spirit. It has some dry juniper and sweet liquorice towards the end and citrus in the middle.
