Darnley's View has been named to celebrate the first sighting of Lord Darnley by Mary Queen of Scots. Darnley's View is a small batch London Dry Gin. The spiced version, as the name may imply, is made with a blend of spicy botanicals to bring a warming touch to it's already amazing character.

Nose: Sugar syrup, sweet lemons, cinnamon, spicy juniper. Floral hints.

Taste: Thick and syrupy in the mouth, with bitter woody spice, citrus and big juniper.

Finish: Sweet with perfumed woody notes.

Comment: A spicy gin that's rather nice to drink on its own. It might be a little spicy to go well with citrus and tonic, but a dash of bitters or some ginger ale should work nicely.

An excellent gin and really something unlike anything else. Lots of spice and rather warming - just in time for winter or autumnal cocktails.
