Nose: Big lemon note, as you'd hope, with some sweetness behind. Sherbert, Refresher chews, vanilla and a hint of oatcake.

Palate: Sour and lemony with a creamy vanilla note and some spicy sour wood.

Finish: Butter icing, some sour grape tannins and a hint of the ever present lemon

Comment: A light whisky with a strong lemony theme. I'd say more a light lemon ice cream than a sorbet...
