A limited edition bottling from anCnoc, produced in collaboration with Scottish artist and designer Peter Arkle. This second edition has been matured in a combination of American and European oak casks, as selected by distillery manager Gordon Bruce.

    • Appearance

      Clear, mid-golden amber.

    • Aroma

      Pungent spicy vanilla with toffee, lemon zest, stewed apple and faint mocha coffee.

    • Taste

      Spicy dried fruit, vanilla rubbed old leather and toffee with zesty orange peel.

    • Aftertaste

      Long, old leather, lemon zest and vanilla with lingering spice.

    • Nose

      Rich fruit cake, figs, toffee apples, butter, raisins, dry spice developing over time: nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice - spicy cake mix. Some zesty young spirit underneath.

    • Palate

      Sweet to start moving on to big woody spice balanced by sugar syrup and vanilla sponge cake. Behind is a base of dark wood bitterness and rich raisin sweetness.

    • Finish

      Raisins, spice and butter icing.

    • Colour: Light amber.Nose: Sweet and full-bodied bursting with spicy vanilla and rich toffee aromas followed by fresh lemons, cooked green apples and a just hint of coconut.Taste: Sweet, warm and spicy. Dried fruit cake, creamy vanilla and toffee are followed by a distinct note of zesty orange peel and enveloped in leathery richness.
