Producer's Notes

Colour: Rich Gold

Nose: Gently spicy with smokey “peat reak” balanced by sweeter creamy core

Palate:Some gentle peaty smokiness with a sweet creamy malty backbone

Finish: Climbing finish of sweetness gradually replaced with smokey depth
