A single malt Irish whiskey produced for Wild Geese that's picked up a few accolades since 2010, including Best Non-Age Irish Malt in the World Whisky Awards 2011 and 94 points from the Ultimate Beverage Challenge.
Nose: The nose is clean, smooth and sophisticated. There are hints of oak interwoven with a slight mustiness. On the higher notes, ripe, summer berries.
Taste & Finish: A finely balanced whiskey, smooth with an excellent body. Peppery. Spicy. Malty oak and a complex sweetness. A hint of vanilla and a lingering earthiness. The finish is long on the palate and very satisfying.
Twice voted ‘Best Irish Whiskey’ - A timeless whiskey, which should be savoured as slowly and smoothly as the whiskey itself. For the true connoisseur.

Nose: mostly lime and green apple. Taste is nicely bitter with strong white pepper, ending with sweetness combined with peat, which stays through the finish. Complex whiskey with many taste nuances. I recommend a bottle or two of this fine whiskey.
