Producer's Notes

EYE: Clear shiny gold.

NOSE: Fresh cane aromas, honey, floral and peppery notes.

PALATE: Sweet and fresh sugar cane, caramel, exotic fruits melted in a subtle and aromatic flavour, with spicy nuances.

I bought this on a whim. This will surely be one that divides opinion. The nose is like the producer's notes but I would also add banana in there - it's all a little confected. On the palate I would add a finish of coconut. I can't quite decide whether I like it or not. I don't dislike it, I think it's just that I haven't had a rum quite like this before.
