Producer's Notes

Appearance: Ruby-red color.

Nose: Intense bouquet with an ample variety of aromas that range from floral and fruity to herbal and spicy, well balanced.

Palate: Fruity, well balanced sweet/bitter with a prevalence of maraschino cherry.

Serving Suggestion: A pleasant drink for any time of day, best served at room temperature. An excellent alternative to vermouth in cocktail recipes; can also be mixed in various cocktails.
