A column distilled rum from the Don Jose Distillery (aka Destileria Varela Hermanos) in Panama, named for Don Jose Varela who started distilling back in 1936 and better known for producing Ron Abuelo. This was distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2012 as a collaboration between The Whisky Agency and The Nectar. MAXIMUM 2 BOTTLES PER CUSTOMER.
