Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Savoury

Nose: Classic gin; dry juniper and coriander, a little salty, too.

Taste: Strong juniper with some lighter floral elements. Very dry coriander and bitter herbs on the finish.

What a refreshing change for a Gin. A Gin trying to be a Gin and not over poluted with botanicals as soo many brands are today. I badgered my non drinking friends to give this ago and they are now all converts to a O.T.T (which I am reliably informed means Oliver Twist and Tonic!)

A truly moreish Gin that is incredibly smooth. We found it to be perfect with Lime and Tonic over Ice but the bar tender insisted that Oliver Twist is fantastic in cocktails... I think we will try a few out over Christmas.
