Tasting Notes:
Tasting Notes by Billy A

Nose: Sticky toffee pudding, toffee apples, cinder toffee, Cadbury's Caramel bars and spiced fruit cake hiding at the back.

Taste: Oily and spicy, but easy drinking despite its strength. Stewed raisins, apple caramel, some spicy cinnamon tingling and a touch of liquorice root.

With Water: More liquorice, some dark chocolate and sweet dark wood.

Finish: Long and lingering, with Fruit and Nut chocolate bars, sweet wood and hints of liquorice and apple skin coming at the end.

Comment: A very drinkable cask strength whisky which takes water really well if you think it needs it, which I don't.

Producer's Notes

Appearance: A deep golden body glistens with rich crimson.

Nose: A luscious balance of succulent sherry aromas explode in honey drizzled golden sultanas spiced by warm oak and gentle ginger.

Palate: Intense toffee and cocoa cascade into the rich sherry soaked dark fruits. Zested orange explodes in the long alcohol infused chocolate fondant.

Finish: Long and Lingering.
