Producer's Notes

The tasty nose has apple pie, maple syrup pancakes, egg custard, wood shavings and leather; marzipan and mulled wine appear with water. The palate has burnt pastry, crème caramel, cinder toffee and marmalade later, chocolate orange and toffee fudge ice-cream.
