Tasting Notes:
Producer's Notes

Nose: Opens with a damp, autumn forest character, developing to dried fruit, sweet spices and warm seville oranges.

Palate: Surprisingly sweet and mellow, carrying an attractive, richly spiced toffee quality then running to dried orange pith.

Finish: Medium long, still spicy - now running to rich vanilla before drying to a soft oak quality.
