Producer's Notes
On the nose, detect a harbourlike quality with an Islay ferry, oily engine room style plus late soft summer tar. The palate opens softly and sweetly spiced, developing to a richly smoked, softly peated character. On the finish, waves of smoke and spices intermingle and run to a hot chill-and-dark-chocolate trait plus a late mentholated style.
