Feels and tastes like water. I was very dissapointed to find the ingredients listing a brand of coloring chemicals. It's strange and I hope most whiskey drinkers agree--Disapointing-- to find a whiskey using coloring chemicals in order to follow a norm.

Being a fan of other Jura whisky I was disappointed by Elixir. For me the combination of fruit and spices tasted like mud. Not peaty, just muddy.
