An all-time classic, Glenfarclas 25yo is the epitome of long-aged sherried Speyside, gorgeously smooth and silkily-textured, with rich, generous flavours of fruitcake, hazelnuts, dried fruit and a hint of dark chocolate and coffee. A thoroughly delightful dram.

Stuff of legends. Didn't know wether to make the plunge with this one but definately worth it. Different league to the 15 yr I've had previously. Really good balance and depth of taste "there's alot going on". Impressive dram. Right up there.

A very sweet nose to it, more so than the 17 year but nothing close to the 15. The first taste continues the sweetness but this quickly turns aggressive on your tongue. A few drops (and I mean only a few - 2 drops off your finger) keeps the taste profile in tact but mellows the back end of this whisky out.
A fine Glenfarclas but I still maintain that the 17 year old is the best in the series.

This is a fantastic whisky. The nose is sensational and the taste is equally good.

Received a bottle as a gift and the first taste was like "wow"a real treat for the taste buds, smooth and sweet but too hot on the way down, simply fantastic.A must try for all scotch drinkers.

I've tried 11 different whiskies aged around 25-30 years, and this is the one I like the best! Buy this one if you're not sure which whisky to try out, you won't be disappointed.
