Bottler's Tasting Notes

Brilliant chestnut with golden hints.

Pungent nose, still fresh, elegant and fine.  Fruit still dominant.  The attack on the palate is fascinating: soft, clean and a little bit acidic.  The flavours are reminiscent of the aromas.  Spicier at the end featuring pepper, cinnamon and lquorice.  Very long on the finish.
