- Nose
  Peach, pineapple kubes, sugar syrup, flowery meadows, sweet butter and touches of raisin.
- Palate
  Butter cream, beeswax, more pineapple from the nose and light sugar syrup. Big spice rolls in with lemon and orange peel, gummi fruit sweetness and polished wood. Water takes the edge off the spice, revealing more fruit and wood, as well as sweet lemon.
- Finish
  Drying tannic wood, apple skins, stewed apple and digestive biscuits.
- Comment
  Delightfully spicy undiluted and a good swimmer, happily taking a large slug of water to tone down the spice and reveal more sweet fruit.
