Nose: Rice cakes with a light note of butter sit in front of baked macadamia nuts and hazelnuts. A hint of vanilla toffee and spice give warmth.
Palate: Soft with just a hint of spice from the alcohol, with immediate flavours of sweet candy and spun sugar. A touch of apricot jam develops while over time in the glass a background of cake mix and pink lady apples give a full mouthfeel.
Finish: As the flavours of baked good soften, notes of white grapes and fleshy fruit are left.
