Tasting Notes:
Producer's Note

A powerful initial nose of sultanas, raisin, sherry and rhubarb with custard.

On the palate, a smooth, creamy, oaky taste with vanilla, custard coming to the fore.  In the background, there is a slight leathery note of tasted nuts.

A long, dry finish with a sherry sweetness and oakiness.
