Tasting Notes by Simon Difford for Class Magazine

Appearance
Crystal Clear

Aroma
The addition of a little water releases a wonderfully floral, citrus nose with strong notes of lavender, camphor and pine.

Taste
Supercharged Plymouth in both flavour and strength. The wonderfully flavoursome palate includes more floral notes with rounded lemon and sage coriander, lemon zest and clean juniper notes.

Aftertaste
Pine freshness dominates with spicy naan bread and lingering citrus zest.

A true 'company' Gin. Strong, delicious and (mixed with the finest Quinine laced tonic of course) fresh on a summers day. I haven't made a martini with one yet though! Any of you tried?

i vistited the factory last year and picked up a bottle, fantastic producted. i thought i loved the normal plymouth gin but navel strength has got to be better. oh if your in plymouth the factory is well worth a visit, you get free Gin and tonic at the end of the tour.

Wow, what a gin! Really makes one of the best gin and tonics around. Great flavour, fresh taste and even though it's 57% the drink is not overpowered by the strength of this gin.I used twice as much tonic as gin and lots of ice, one of my favourite ways to start a good evening.
