Tasting Notes:
Tasting Notes by CLASS Magazine

Appearance: Crystal clear.

Aroma: Heady blend of grass, car tire, cider and wet dog-like aromas.

Taste: Dry cider and grassy rhum agricole-like flavours. There’s a very subtle sweetness masked by the hot white pepper spirit.

Aftertaste: Somewhat reminiscent of bone dry fino sherry and bone dry cider with white and cracked black pepper spice. This is no neutral vodka masquerading as poitín.
