Tasting Notes:
Producer's Notes

Nose: FDL's favourite! Elegant, sweet earthiness with seaweed, boat oil and an Atlantic sea-salt tang.

Palate: Wonderfully balanced with peat smoke, a citrus 'zing', barley and a milkly hot chocolate depth.

Finish: Long with a distinct sweet-smoke character, rock salt and a muchroom earthiness.
