    I had the pleasure of drinking this with a friend who bought it at a charity event, far above asking price here on TWE. Money well spent as far as he and I were concerned. Delightfully sharp on the nose, just oozing with rich fruit smells, in the mouth it feels like there is a flavour explosion and it takes a few sips to appreciate the true complexity, spicy as expected, more so as it is cask strength but balanced perfectly with long notes of dried fruit, quite light on the tounge and not as oily as expected for a whiskey this age. Finish is incredibly long... Almost makes you regret the next sip. I wasn't told what this whiskey was/its rarity until I asked to see the bottle on my third glass. The bottle was finished that night and I doubt I will get to taste this ever again.
