Tasting Notes:

Tasting Notes by Dave Broom

Nose: Pure and light. Lifted, lightly floral. Lily, broom, fennel, fruit. Hint of nut (hazel/brazil). Pine. Sweetly refined with an extra level of complexity.

Palate: Medium-bodied and lively. Silky, soft fruits. Graceful and smooth with balanced oak.

Finish: Broad. Cedar. Winey.

Comment: Just beginning to pick up complexity. Try this distillery at 12 or 15! World class.
