We always have a bottle in the cupboard (room temperature) and use it for when someone feels a bit sickly. Within minutes that nauseous feeling is gone. (adults small sherry glass sipped slowly - no ice). Bigger children - a small spoonful from the room temperature bottle.

We prefer it with just a cube of ice and a slice of lemon. And we do keep it in the fridge. Unfortunately not easy to get in the UK, haven't found a supermarket that stocks it.

plenty of ice is a must but a slice of lemon depends on your taste.
