Aroma: Smells like fortified honey - basically it is.

Taste: Thick and syrupy but spirity rather than overly sweet. Thick set honey, a touch of vanilla, nutmeg, cocoa powder, clove and honey cake.

Aftertaste: Lingering honey and nutmeg spice. A fabulous liqueur for a winter's night. Great in cocktails.

This is one tasty liquer that slides down easily. The smell of honey is distinct and overpowering but the taste is remarkable. I would recommend this to anybody - best drunk in the evening by a roaring fire watching a good movie!
