I have a bottle of this which I realise has been opened. It is about 5 years old and looks like the coconut has curdled. Should I throw it. Posted By: thelma

Throw it out. For the sake of a tenner it's not worth poisoning yourself. You wouldn't drink milk that had curdled - if this has been opened for five years and curdled it could do you some serious harm - not what you need over Christmas. Posted By: TWE Admin

Created our own cocktail on holiday, try a shot of Batida de Coco with milk with a shot of vanilla infused vodka or alternatively try a generous shot use a tall glass and mix in a shaker a third batida de coco, third pinapple juice and third fresh (not concentrated) ornage juice. Happy mixing!
