Just tasted my first ever 1851 Inspiration. It tasted like really good malt whisky to me. Not exactly the same taste as the other couple of dozen different malts calling to me from the cabinet. Reminded me of fishing, no such thing as a bad day fishing.

Honey, citrus and spice, followed by a long lingering buttered toffee with a hint of oak. An absolute joy.
