Producer's Tasting Notes
Colour: Light Amber.
Nose: Intense rich aroma, with hints of vanilla and passion fruit.
Palate: Soft, rich and spicy with hints of oranges and peat.
Finish: Lingering with hints of wood smoke.
Comment: When the rich Macallan whisky is allowed to spend twenty-one years maturing in the finest oak casks tucked away in the warehouses at Easter Elchies estate, the result is a whisky of exceptional elegance, poise and refinement.

Words cant explain how nice this bottle is, I love it more than the 30 year old, its very smooth and silky it goes down pleasantly.
I love it with red meat, stake & a fine Cuban cigar, I had mine with a COHIBA BEHIKI

What can I say... my wife and I share a tall pour every evening. Conversation bottle every Friday and Saturday night. Hard to top other then the 30 Fine Oak.
