Tasting Notes:

Billy

Nose: Butter, sweet grass, hint of parma violets, honeysuckle and toffees.

Palate: Sweet buttercream with hints of young spirit quickly picks up some dark wood and spice.

Finish: Medium long with some prickly spice and more butter. Sweet wood as it fades.

Comment: An oily dram with a lot more astringency than the nose suggests. Sweet and buttery but with elegant woodiness adding complexity.
