They ferment, distill, age, blend and bottle alcoholic beverages, mainly rum, in Laventille, Trinidad, West Indies. Starting with a French designed still made by Savalle capable of producing 5400 litres of alcohol/day, today’s production capacity is over 65,000 litres of alcohol/day.
