Angostura Perhaps more famous for their aromatic bitters, Angostura Limited has been in the business of rum making through its production company, Trinidad Distillers Limited, since 1947. They ferment, distill, age, blend and bottle alcoholic beverages, mainly rum, in Laventille, Trinidad, West Indies. Starting with a French designed still made by Savalle capable of producing 5400 litres of alcohol/day, today’s production capacity is over 65,000 litres of alcohol/day.
