Excellent rum for a new twist on the Mojito:Apple and Ginger Mojito50 ml Angostura 5 Year Old10 mint leaves15 ml Lime juice15 ml Sugar syrup25 ml Apple JuiceTop up with Ginger beerMethod:Place all the ingredients (apart from the ginger beer and apple juice) in a tall glass. Press the mint gently to extract the flavour. Add the apple juice and some crushed ice. Gently churn the drink and top up with Ginger beer.
