Don't drink it by itself - try it in a cocktail, the Hanky Panky. This is a martini with a citrus twist thanks to the addition of a couple of dashes of Fernet Branca. Invented by Ada Coleman of the Savoy in the early 1900's and made at Hix in London. Use:1 and three quarter shots Plymouth GinThe same of sweet vermouthA couple of dashes of Fernet BrancaStir with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with orange peel twist.Lovely!

was given this stuff by a bar tnder in ibiza after a heavy nights drinking session, but believe me this stuff gives you a kick in the ass, works wonders before i knew it i was away on a bike ride exploring ibiza. absolutely brilliant.

Got hooked on it in Argentina and can't be without it now. Absolutely love it! Wish it was more readily available in the UK.

I have Crohns Disease and this stuff is better than pills any day for when I have pains in the gastric area, just wish it was more readily available :)

Tastes really awful but works wonders for upset stomach and hangover. Works in about twenty minutes.Wouldn't be without a bottle.

It's an aquired taste but once aquired is impossible to live without. If you're Argentine you'll understand....

It is indeed the best in the world, No hangover, no headache. Fantastic in summer with coke and a lot of ice.Nothing better.Impossible to get in Canterbury or Kent... i'm dying without it.

I tried this in San Fransisco, big shot glass knocked back before a pint of beer. Shocking taste, but started to enjoy it as it really awakens your taste buds :)

Tastes like nothing on Earth and not in a good way!! :-)However, if you have a hangover or any gastric "issues", it'll sort you out in double quick time, and it leaves the world a calmer and better place. I always have a bottle in, especially useful at Christmas.
