Is there any expiry date for whiskey after bottling.? Can a sealed bottle be consumed after period of 12 years long time ?. Is there any possible danger in consuming so?

No expiry date.The only danger is a hangover.I've an old Irish whiskey bottled in the 1930's and first opened about 12 years ago.It still tastes wonderful.Whiskey dosen't mature any further once bottled.just make sure once opened its securely sealed again.
